Hill Country Elegance is one way to describe River Rock Ranch. This beautiful rock home sits high on a bank overlooking a gorgeous stretch of the cypress lined Sabinal River. The damn on the river only adds to its beauty and attractiveness making it deep enough to swim and fish in. You will feel like you are experiencing your own piece of paradise as the nearly 100 acres that makes up River Rock Ranch offers privacy and seclusion as well as hiking, bird watching, exploring, and wildlife viewing. The native rock patios and landscaping add to the charm of this property. River Rock Ranch is an ideal place for a honeymoon, anniversary, or small gathering of family or friends.

The house is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath home with a loft and would sleep up to a maximum of 8 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the master bath has both a shower and free standing claw foot bathtub with a great view of the river. In the second bedroom and in the loft, there are 2 twin beds each and both of these sets of twins can be joined to form a king bed. There is also a full sized futon in the loft. Hardwood floors and the many wildlife mounts in the home add a unique touch to the River Rock Ranch house. There is a full kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher.

Other amenities that the River Rock Ranch property offers include: satellite TV/DVD, stereo system, big screen TV, telephone, huge rock fireplace, washer/dryer, hot tub, central air & heat, many porches and patios, basketball goal and horse shoes. With its seclusion, views, river and other amenities, the River Rock Ranch is sure to please. There is no smoking or pets allowed at River Rock Ranch.

Please be aware that the road to and from River Rock Ranch does have a low water crossing that can become impassable during times of flash flooding. The house itself is safe and not in danger of flooding.
